In compliance with current regulations, Marbella Private Tutor (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is committed to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures, according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.

Personal Data Registration

In compliance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Marbella Private Tutor through the forms on its pages will be incorporated into our database for the purpose of facilitating, streamlining, and fulfilling the commitments established between Marbella Private Tutor and the User, or to maintain the relationship that is established in the forms the User completes or to respond to their request or inquiry.

Additionally, in compliance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, unless exempted under Article 30.5 of the GDPR, a record of processing activities is maintained, specifying the processing activities carried out based on their purpose and the other circumstances established in the GDPR.

The processing of the User’s personal data will be subject to the following principles, as set out in Article 5 of the GDPR and Articles 4 and following of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights:

Categories of personal data
The only categories of data processed by Marbella Private Tutor are identification data. No special categories of personal data, as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, are processed.

Legal basis for processing personal data
The legal basis for processing personal data is the User’s consent. Marbella Private Tutor is committed to obtaining the User’s explicit and verifiable consent for processing their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
